Kubernetes and Crossplane

Kubernetes operator (CRDs PathlyScenario, …) and Crossplane provider. GHCR images: ghcr.io/pathlyhq/pathly-k8s-operator and pathly-crossplane. Store the token in a Secret, mounted as the controller env var.
