Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms of Service (« Terms ») govern access to and use of the Pathly platform for website monitoring (HTTP probes and browser journeys).
By creating an account, you enter into an agreement with Simon Raynaud, a self-employed sole trader (autónomo) established in Spain, trading under the commercial name Elerine (« Elerine »), which markets the service under the Pathly brand / trade name. You accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Pathly on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
Pathly refers to the product and commercial brand under which Elerine provides the service: organization workspace, web console, admin API, and probe workers. You are responsible for credential security, activity under your account, and compliance of your use with applicable law.
Free, Starter, Pro, and Business plans define quotas (HTTP monitors, browser scenarios, browser minutes, members). Exceeding limits may temporarily restrict the service until you upgrade or reduce usage. Pricing and limits are described on the Pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of data and configuration you upload to Pathly. You grant Elerine a limited license to host, process, and distribute that data solely to operate the service.
The service is provided « as is ». Elerine strives for high availability and appropriate security but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Elerine’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Elerine may suspend or terminate a Pathly account for Terms violations, abuse, or non-payment. You may terminate by contacting us; some retention obligations may remain for legal reasons.
Governing law: these Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply. Contract questions: contact@pathlyhq.com.
