Ansible collection

Collection pathlyhq.pathly: modules pathly_scenario, pathly_webhook, pathly_maintenance_window, pathly_sla_target, pathly_scenario_info. Idempotent (state: present/absent). Pass the token via environment or passwordstore lookup — never plaintext in a Git playbook.
