Pathly is published by Elerine, from Spain. We apply the GDPR. A DPA (art. 28) is published. Service data (app, API, workers, captures) lives in europe-west1.
Why Pathly exists
Too often: green uptime, zero orders, nobody knows why. We wanted a tool where a non-developer records a journey by clicking, and gets a screenshot when it breaks.
Where your data lives
App, API, workers, probes and Flow captures: Google Cloud europe-west1 (Belgium). One measuring point (eu-west). The public site may load GA4 or YouTube after you agree — that is not monitor processing.
GDPR and DPA
We apply the GDPR. The DPA (article 28) is public: Elerine as processor, you as controller for your organisation’s data. Rights: privacy@pathlyhq.com. No ISO, SOC 2 or HIPAA certificate.
